数分遅れのスタート。理由とともに謝罪してくれました（終了は定刻）。これは先生に対しての不満ではないということを明確にしたうえでレビューしますが、
諸事情で遅れるのは仕方ないと思います。でも生徒ではなくQQ側が原因の遅れなら、その分は延長してもらえたらと思います。25分という時間のサービス（役務）に対して我々消費者は対価を払っているので、それは確実に履行されるべきではないでしょうか。授業同士の隙間時間が5分しかないので、遅れるリスクが高く、先生も気の毒だなと客観的に見ても思いました。
レッスン自体は、先生はとても一生懸命してくださり、私のことも記憶してくださっていて、充実したものであっただけに、残念です。
